Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use ScouseNav. A fuller version can be added later. Using the app means you accept what is written here.

Not an app-store app

ScouseNav is a website app. It is not sold on the Apple App Store or Google Play. You open it in a browser or add it to your phone’s home screen.

Language

The adult voice pack uses strong, explicit Scouse language. Do not use Adult mode if that is not appropriate for the people in the vehicle.

Kids Mode

Kids Mode is the only suitable setting if children are in the vehicle. It uses a generic voice with no bad language. You are responsible for choosing the right setting.

Driving

Stay in control of the vehicle at all times. Do not use the phone if it takes your attention off the road. Follow the Highway Code and all road laws. ScouseNav is a sat-nav aid, not a replacement for paying attention.

Your use

You use ScouseNav at your own risk. Directions, maps, cameras and speed readouts can be wrong or out of date. ScouseNav is not responsible for how you use this app, including any fine, crash, injury or other outcome from following it.

Buying

Access is sold as a one-time purchase. The password you are sent is for you. Do not share it. UK consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
